The March issue, complete with a steamy shoot in a full page spread, has J-Patz in some discriminating poses with some nakes ladies. Pattinson dishes about everything from a women’s privates to his undeniable appetite for food, beer and sex toys.

The Hills star Audrina Patridge is known for her enviable abs and super-toned limbs. What’s her secret? A new workout called Reebok’s Jukari Fit-to-Fly.

The inspiration behind this tough workout evolved from Cirque du Soleil trapeze artists and involves hanging from a trapeze contraption from the ceiling. You’ll engage your core muscles while working on both balance and strength. Now, you may not live in a city that currently offers Jukari just yet. However you can try to  mimic some of the moves like the Woodpecker, in your own gym.

When New Moon star Ashley Greene needed to prepare for some intensely physical scenes, she knew her Pilates regimen wasn’t going to be enough. Her personal trainer put her though a series of tough workouts but also tried to find activities she enjoyed to keep her moving while also having fun. Greene says she tried everything from kayaking and hiking to yoga and martial arts. MMA or Mixed Martial Arts was also a big part of her training an you can get a similar technique at home with some of their DVD’s.

Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio is known for her amazing assets and her body defies gravity with a little help from Brazilian trainer Leandro Carvalho. Carvallo’s new DVD Brazil Butt Lift takes all the same moves he created for Alessandra. This DVD is an amazing regimen of cardio-sculpting moves taken from martial arts and ballet which help you get your butt firm and tight. Carvalho also has some tips on preventing bloat and keeping yourself healthy. His magic potion? Homemade Ginger tea. Just slice half a ginger root and boil. Cavralho suggests drinking two a day as ginger is a natural antibiotic.

Hottest Hollywood Bodies: Get beach body tips from the celebs

And then God made Megan Fox. Maybe she was just born with God-given good looks and a fast metabolism, and yes-that is unfair. Megan has reportedly admitted to being a tad lazy with routine workouts and that she has a trainer come to her home three times a week.


Annalyne Cord was once rumored  the only gal on 90210’s cast that was a healthy weight who didn’t starve herself or smoke ciggies all day.


Ahh…40 never looked so good. Hugh Jackman has always been in great shape and gets in more serious about training before he starts filming intense, physical roles. In a recent Men’s Health article the Wolverine star admits he stepped it up for the popular action thriller.


In April Vanessa Hudgens graced the cover of Self  Magazine in a bright bikini and said that Pilates helped to keep her tummy flat, she sits in the front of her Spin class to get a competitive edge and she eats whatever she wants..in tiny portions.  Hudgens also likes to take hybrid fitness classes that mix Pilates and boxing.


Blake Lively has it all, including killer walking sticks. Blake tries to do an hour of yoga/Pilates/tai-chi. How does the Gossip Girl time find to relax? Maybe letting her hair down at the beach with boyfriend Penn Badgley while on vacation.


Blake has admitted to working out regularly and also reports to People Style Magazine that she snacks on Kopali Organics, for “snacks you don’t have to feel guilty about eating”.


Demi Moore-you are one lucky lady! Here’s Ashton Kutcher looking buff as he shoots a scene from “The Killers” with Katherine Heigel. He admitted on Twitter: “Time to get serious. I’m so paranoid about doing scenes with my shirt off.” Umm Ashton hon, you have nothing to worry about. He and wifey Demi reportedly do yoga together.


Kate Hudson, America’s sweetheart in the RomCom’s (that’s romantic comedies), has the sort of body we would pay good money to have. Mommy to son Ryder, Kate watches her figure by dining on sushi and eating organic whenever she can. She reportedly takes strip aerobics classes at Sheila Kelley’s S-Factor in Los Angeles and is always photographed riding her bike.


And then God made Gisele. She workouts kids and she yes, she does eat-she just eats well, takes care of herself and works out regularly. Easy. Tape this pic on your fridge and we promise the late night snacking will end.


Kim Kardashian is known for her physical assets and just released a DVD series that hopes to have you “Fit in your jeans by Friday!” (Seriously, that’s the name of her workout DVD) Her BF Reggie Bush also keeps her motivated with their joint workouts. Rihanna has had a tough year but that hasn’t stopped her from looking fab in a two piece. But even RiRi has her insecurites, in her case it’s her legs. “I’m insecure about them. Everyone wants to have slim, perfectly-toned legs and I’m the same. I do weights but I don’t want my legs to bulk up so I do a lot of cardio. I’ve lost a lot of weight since I started working out and if I exercise every day for a week, I can drop several pounds. If I diet, I see even faster results.


Clearly constantly running from the pappers keeps your abs toned.


She may possibly be the biggest drama queen on Gossip Girl but there is nothing big about Leighton Meester. She works out with personal trainer Justin Falahi while in Los Angeles. Seventeen Magazine reported that the take their workouts out of the gym to a nearby park and incorporating circuit training instead of sets. Here is Leighton looking flawless at the beach in Malibu, look for her in an upcoming ad campaign for Reebok.


We caught Miley Cyrus frolicking on the beach in the Bahamas this past weekend and looks super cute in this black and pink bikini. You may remember the pictures of her and her boyfriend jogging, clearly her workouts are paying off!People Magazine reported this response on Twitter to the pics: “@NicoleRichie has one of the tiniest, most adorable bodies, and I guarantee even HER thighs jiggle. Everyones do!!!” Cyrus tweeted. “im not putting skinny girls down! i believe in exercise and treating your body like a temple :)”


Her movie Into The Blue 2 may have gone straight to DVD, but we think people will rent the movie just to see if Audrina Patridge looks as good in a bikini as Jessica Alba.
